How we lead in business

Inspired by Talks with Royann Dean

During FY25, we joined two Inspired by Talks sessions that ignited engaging discussions on leadership, accountability, and long-term value. The first session, led by Kevin Cambridge, encouraged leaders to rethink how sustainability and governance are woven into business strategies. The second session delved into boards and governance, highlighting the essential role of effective oversight, decision-making, and leadership in managing a complex risk and regulatory landscape.

IIA Bahamas Chapter

In 2025, we gathered at the IIA Bahamas Chapter for an engaging panel discussion on ESG and governance, led by Kevin Cambridge. The session offered a range of perspectives, exploring how regulatory demands, sustainability goals, and governance structures are transforming business strategies. Through insightful conversations and practical advice, we encouraged participants to reconsider how organisations can shift from policy to action—integrating ESG principles into decision-making to foster long-term value, resilience, and trust.

ALIV Business Cybersecurity Summit

At the ALIV Business Cybersecurity Summit, we contributed to critical conversations on strengthening digital security in an increasingly complex risk landscape. In collaboration with Nestlé, the discussion focused on emerging cyber threats, practical safeguards, and the importance of collaboration in building resilient cybersecurity frameworks—reinforcing the need for proactive action to protect digital assets and business continuity.

Digital Champs lead discussions on AI

The BICA 2025 event was a hub of innovation, where we explored the transformative power of AI. Our Digital Champs discussions highlighted the potential of AI to reshape industries and drive efficiency. We focused on practical applications and the ethical considerations of AI deployment. As we navigate this digital revolution, how can we harness AI to create a better tomorrow?

PwC Bahamas hosted Permanent Secretaries Retreat

Beyond these speaking engagements, we've played a crucial role in uniting people—hosting the Permanent Secretaries Retreat, promoting talent development at the University of The Bahamas Career Fair, and strengthening long-standing relationships at the Alumni Reception and Bahamas National Trust Stakeholders Reception.
