Learning outcomes
This Transfer Pricing Master Class equips participants with a solid understanding of the arm’s length principle and its application in assessing related‑party transactions. Learners will gain the ability to select and implement appropriate pricing methods, conduct robust functional analyses, and develop defensible intercompany pricing policies. The course also strengthens participants’ capability to prepare compliant transfer pricing documentation, including Master File, Local File, and CbC reporting, while enhancing their awareness of the documentation standards required to withstand audit scrutiny.
In addition, the programme enables participants to recognise and address common issues that arise during transfer pricing audits and to formulate effective responses to tax authority challenges. Learners will also explore recent case law and emerging developments in the transfer pricing landscape, allowing them to apply contemporary insights to real‑world scenarios and strengthen both compliance and decision‑making.
