• Be able to integrate operational resilience into organisational governance, strategy and culture by aligning it with enterprise risk management and key resilience capabilities to build a cohesive resilience approach.
• Be able to troubleshoot the effectiveness of their operational resilience capabilities and coordinate response efforts which support the achievement of recovery objectives.
• As a bonus objective, understand some fundamental concepts of strategic resilience and agility to adapt, create value, and sustain a competitive edge in dynamic environments.
