Corporate training programme for Ukrzaliznytsia

Employees of Ukrzaliznytsia’s Internal Audit Department have successfully completed the corporate training programme with PwC Academy conducted during the period from October to February 2019.
The training programme included tree modules:
- Internal audit at an enterprise
- Internal controls and potential approaches to optimisation
- Persuasion techniques in the internal audit profession.
As part of the first module, students were able to get insight into the up-to-date concepts of internal control development, and assessment and testing of internal controls within business processes.
The second model covered internal audit planning and process, preparation of the internal audit report and monitoring of the follow-up on internal audit findings and recommendations in line with global best practices.
Upon completion of the third module, students were able to improve their knowledge of existing influencing methods and tools, to understand behaviours, to increase self-confidence, and to gain practical influencing skills, as well as to identify barriers and constraints to effective communications and to address them appropriately.
All seminars included business cases, team and individual work and interactive training sessions to strengthen knowledge shared to students.
