Training of the NABU employees with support from the EU Anticorruption Initiative (EUACI) in Ukraine

13/03/19

How to sequence project stages effectively?
How to define an approach to project risk management?
What are the project components that drive its implementation?
How to address typical project issues?

These and other questions were in the NABU employees’ focus during the training seminar delivered by PwC Academy on 18-19 February.

During the two-day training course, the training participants explored all groups of the project processes based on the PMBOK methodology, learned key components and tools of each process group, and became aware of how projects are maintained in MS Project.

The training participants were actively involved in role playing games, interactive testing exercises and case studies.  Working in subgroups enabled the participants to apply theoretical knowledge to real-life projects.

Through active involvement in the training process, the participants were able to understand key aspects of project management, to consider a project as the management system, and to develop practical skills so that knowledge gained is applied successfully in the future.
