The course provided an opportunity to:

• Learn various budgeting techniques and approaches and key budget execution control rules
• Learn specifics of tax, financial and management reporting
• Discuss application of financial reporting standards
• Perfect their knowledge using case studie

The course was delivered in a format of engaging discussion and experience sharing with numerous case studies.
