Corporate training for employees of IMC Agrarian Company

PwC Academy delivered the corporate training for employees of IMC Agrarian Company on 24 July.
During the training course, participants were able to learn to:
- distinguish the prevailing style of influence and related behaviours of self and others
- apply existing techniques/styles of influencing others
- boost self-confidence and develop practical skills in effective influencing
- identify barriers to influence and approaches to overcoming them
- apply the developed skills in business environment and everyday life.
By benefiting from the creative approach of PwC Academy’s trainers, IMC employees were able to reinforce their skills through practical exercises including a drill-down into various tools and techniques in pairs, as well as they were involved in the finalising game to strengthen influencing styles.
The corporate training “Interviewing Skills” was delivered for IMC HR professionals on 26 July.
PwC Academy’s trainers shared their knowledge of a successful interview including interview types and objectives and a structure of a successful interview.
During a day, STAR and PARLA question models were explored followed by practical exercises between groups of professionals.
Finally, the training participants were able to conduct a situational interview and to apply the gained skills in real-life situations.
