"HR Role in a Company" training course for PrJSC Ukrhydroenergo

Personnel is a strategic asset of any business. As such, a fundamental task of any company is comprehensive and successful management of its key asset.

For two days, employees of PrJSC Ukrhydroenergo analysed best global trends in HR management including:

• HR management based on the Corporate Competency Framework: a way from framework development to its implementation
• talent pool development methods
• staff on-boarding, evaluation, learning and development: effective tools and practical aspects
• staff motivation: modern motivation theories from the grades and KPIs system to non-financial incentives

A special consideration was given to development of the corporate culture in PrJSC Ukrhydroenergo, employer brand and internal PR.

The training participants were able to master different approaches and tools through game exercises for subsequent successful implementation in actual practice.

To leverage on the training effect, PwC Academy's trainer used various training modes including brainstorming sessions, individual exercises, an analysis of video samples, facilitation and case studies.
