Training for DC Ukraine

Strategic approach to business improvement is Lean Six Sigma. This is the operational excellence methodology implemented by leading companies globally.
On 21-22 June 2019, DC Ukraine employees were involved in the training course delivered by PwC Academy to learn Lean production tools and techniques.
The training focused on key fundamentals of lean production implementation, value-adding and non-value adding operations, different cost categories and many other interesting topics.
Dmytro Nechytailo (PwC Partner, Advisory Leader and Certified Lean 6 Sigma Trainer) held the training as the production simulation model aimed at simulation of operating conditions of a production entity.
During the game, training participants demonstrated the highest level of engagement and improved production within the proposed case study. Training participants addressed theoretical and practical aspects of implementation of key Lean production tools for subsequent application in their organisation.
