Training for NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine

On 25 and 31 May, classroom tuition for the international qualification Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) was delivered for NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine staff.
CIA qualification represents acknowledgement of the internal auditor's professional skills and recognition by the professional community.
Knowledge and skills gained as a result of CIA examination tuition are good practice for internal audit professionals at international and local businesses alike.
The tuition course helped students streamline their knowledge and gain practical skills in the area of internal control, risk management and corporate governance.
The students learned about international professional standards on internal auditing, discussed audit stages, audit procedures and techniques, analysed fraud risks and preventive options.
The course gave the students practical skills and tools that are universal and can be used across various processes and business environment areas.
During the course, the students learned exam technique tips, worked through detailed case studies and discussed relevant professional topics.
As a result of knowledge and skills gained, the students are now set to not only pass CIA exam but also successfully implement global best practices and methodologies in their organisations.
