Corporate training “Project Management” for management of the Group of Companies “Ascania”

PwC Academy delivered the corporate training “Project Management” for senior management of the Group of Companies “Ascania”.
During the training course conducted on 14-15 December, the training participants were able to:
- Learn different project management methodologies;
- Address key stages of the project lifecycle;
- Analyse in detail additional tools and techniques used at each project stage and apply them to businesses cases and the Group’s case studies.
The training participants were actively involved in interactive games and testing exercises to consolidate knowledge acquired and to improve project management techniques.
