Corporate seminar “Project Management” for employees of Ascania FMCG

On 1-2 March, PwC Academy and representatives of Ascania FMCG joined forces to welcome spring and hold the corporate training on application of best practices in project management.
During the training course, the participants got answers to key questions of concern to project managers including:
- How to sequence project stages?
- How to define an effective approach to risk management?
- What are the project components that drive its implementation?
- How to address typical project issues?
Exciting discussions and case studies brought in by the participants made the seminar very interesting, practical and relevant.
The training participants demonstrated a high level of engagement in business cases, team games and interactive tests of knowledge and skills acquired.
