Along Taft Avenue, I stumbled upon a traffic enforcer named Mr. Ricardo. He shows that disability should not be a hindrance to achievement.
"My duty here starts at eight o'clock in the morning and ends in the late afternoon. I'm just happy that I can provide for my family especially now in a pandemic and I will always do it proudly — on one leg!"
