We are looking for driven, curious, and ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Associate Programme. This is your chance to learn, grow, and work on meaningful engagements while being coached by experienced professionals across the firm. The role will be on a Two-year Fixed-Term Contract.

Application

• Candidates submit their applications through the recruitment portal by clicking their preferred Line of Service (Assurance or Consulting & Risk Services).
• Please make reference to the minimum requirements of the role and ensure you attach all the mandatory documents.
• You will apply and submit only one Line of Service application form.
• Once you click submit, you will receive an automated response confirming your application has been received.
• You will receive the status of your application by 19 June 2026

Assessments 

• Shortlisted candidates who meet the minimum criteria and have submitted all mandatory documents will be invited to an online competency assessment. The assessments will evaluate cognitive ability and behavioral competencies.
• You will receive status of your assessments by 30 June 2026.

First level interviews

• The candidates who pass the minimum assessment criteria will be invited to the first level interview. 
• The interviews will be carried out in the month of June and July 2026.
• You will receive status of your assessments by 31 July 2026.

Second level interviews

• The candidates who are successful in the first level interviews will be invited to the second level interviews.
• The interviews will be carried out in the month of July and August 2026.
• You will receive status of your assessments by 31 August 2026.

Successful candidates

• Offers and contract of employment will be extended to candidates who have successfully completed the program and recommended for hire.
