Project and Program Management

Our project program management services aim to bridge the gap between strategy and execution by addressing business constraints. We support clients to implement large and complex development programs and projects by simplifying the process of designing, structuring, and administering project activities to maximise value. Working with development partners, we identify the strategic development issues and determine which of these can be prioritised above others and evaluate how to carry out the execution of a new approach to development issues. We support governments and development partners to implement projects on their behalf or managing their Project management office. This sometimes may include managing a portfolio of projects on behalf of the client.

Fund management

We support our clients to manage project funds and ensure that the funds are utilised for the intended purposes. This includes designing and setting up fund governance structures, managing project grant making processes, managing cashflows and project disbursements, financial reporting etc.

Technical assistance

We provide Technical Assistance (TA) services in various areas by implementing capacity assessments, developing capacity strengthening plans/strategy, and mentoring clients to strengthen their capacity. Our focus includes strengthening the Public Financial Management functions, Governance and Administrative services.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Through our extensive knowledge in design and management of programmes, we support clients to strengthen their M&E capability by conducting routine data checks, mid-term assessments, program capacity assessments, training of implementation partners, end-of-project evaluations, and impact assessments.
