Alok Jain

Alok Jain leads the regional advisory practice. He brings wide-ranging advisory experience, specialising in transactions and valuations. His has advised companies on going public and stock exchange listings, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, valuations, public-private partnerships, privatisation and capital restructuring.

Alok has served as regional capital markets and accounting advisory services leader and PwC Jamaica assurance leader. With more than 25 years of experience in public accountancy, including 16 as a partner, Alok has assisted clients in telecommunications, financial services, consumer products and government. His international experience includes a secondment to the international capital markets group in PwC Brazil.

A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, he is a US CPA and a certified information systems auditor.
