How we work

There are many different ways you can work at PwC. We provide our people with options to build flexibility into how they work, to meet the demands of their professional life as well as accomplish their priorities beyond their career. This way, they have the ability to make their own choices about how and when they work, and we as a business are able to respond to our clients’ requirements in an agile way.

While specific arrangements vary, opportunities can include: flexible working hours; working from home or from wherever suits you; career breaks; job sharing; or secondment opportunities.

How we meet our responsibilities

As we serve our clients and communities around the world, to build trust in society and solve important problems, it’s critical our people are mindful of how we uphold quality in our work and also in how we treat those we work with.  Whether we’re working with PwC people or others, we depend on each other to be mindful of our ethical responsibilities as people.
