On 20 January, the PwC Academy experts delivered the first training course of the "Performance Operations" programme for employees of Ascania Group of Companies. Over 30 participants from different companies of Ascania Group took the training course.
The programme consists of 5 modules and its training curriculum covers key topics, methods and approaches to the management accounting. The programme focuses on learning global best practices in management accounting to enhance the Company's performance, success and profitability.
The participants of the first module focused on learning traditional cost accounting methods and modern accounting systems (process approach and throughput accounting).
The training course embraced various case studies and practical exercises based on the learnt methods and approaches.
Home assignments were offered to the participants to practice and consolidate knowledge they gained through the training course.
