Evgeny Galushka

Evgeny Galushka has joined the PwC Kazakhstan transfer pricing team as a manager in November. He has more than 5 years’ experience in transfer pricing, working with various multinational entities in Russia as well as the rest of CIS region. Evgeny holds a bachelor’s degree in taxation from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Evgeny’s primary areas of expertise include preparing transfer pricing documentation for multinational companies, conducting diagnostics of transfer pricing risks and recommendations on improving pricing policies, consulting on the development of transfer pricing methodologies for export transactions of natural resources. He also has experience in preparation of Country-by-Country reports and master files for multinational entities in Russia.

In Russia, Evgeny served clients across various industries focusing on oil & gas, mining & metals, technology and communications.

Evgeny will assist in building the transfer pricing practice of PwC Kazakhstan as well as the larger Eurasia region.
