In detail:

Applications for the 2022 Quota to RoK Labour Authorities are now open. The deadline for submission of applications is 30 September 2021.

Application should indicate the number of valid work permits to be renewed in the upcoming year, and, the number of work permits to be obtained within the planned projects.

Applications should be submitted to local Employment state agencies at the place of expected work.

Be reminded that foreigners exempt from work permits and/or engaged under the Intercorporate transfer (ICT), are not subject to quota and therefore should not be indicated in the application.

We do recommend to submit application in advance.
