In detail:
The following changes to the Rules on state border crossing are effective as of 2 November 2020:
- Suspension of visa free regime with 57 countries is extended until 1 May 2021 inclusive;
- Suspension of 72 hour visa free regime for Chinese and Indian nationals transiting via Kazakhstan is extended un til 1 January 2021 inclusive;
- KZ residence permit holders and their family members, as well as foreigners who are members of a KZ national’s family, are allowed to enter Kazakhstan once in 90 calendar days (previously it was once in 30 days).
