Amendments regarding issuance of invitation letters and visas for Kazakhstan

B10", "C3" and "C9" categories of visa can be changed to “C2” (work visa;
an investor visa can be issued for up to 5 years;
the number of countries eligible to receive electronic single entry business, tourist and medical treatment visas to Kazakhstan is extended to 109;
visa C5 for business immigrants can be issued without applications from local executive bodies. This visa is required for foreigners who want to come to Kazakhstan and register a company here. Previously, to get such a visa, a letter from the Akimat was required;
visa category C7 (missionaries) can be extended based on written consent from religious authorities.
