The Senate is reviewing the draft of the new Tax Code, as well as draft amendments to the current Tax Code and Entrepreneurial Code

On 8 May 2025, the draft of the new Tax Code along with the draft laws concerning amendments and additions to the current Tax Code and the Entrepreneurial Code were published on the website of the Senate.

We monitor the status of these draft legislative acts and plan to organize seminars in Almaty and Astana. Please follow our newsletter.
