The Ministry of Health has developed the draft order to amend and supplement the Rules for the wholesale and retail sale of medicines and medical devices (the “Order").

In details

The Order provides for the following changes and additions:

  • Requirement on compliance by wholesale and retail sales entities with the Rules for labeling and traceability of medicines and labeling of medical devices;
  • Prohibition of placing prescription medicines on the display window;
  • Exclusion of possibility of exchanging and returning medicines and medical products that have expired or are defective;

The Order is available on the “Open Legal Acts” portal until 19 August 2024.
