Changes have been made to the Rules for the state registration of legal entities

The Minister of Justice has signed the order to amend the Rules for provision of state services in the field of state registration of legal entities and record registration of branches and representative offices (the “Rules”).

In details

The Rules require introduction of amendments and additions to the registration data of a legal entity (branch or representative office) when there is a change in the beneficial owner of the legal entity.

Furthermore, the Rules provide for the updating of information on the change in the location of the legal entity, the transfer of participation interest in the charter capital of a legal entity into trust management, the increase of the charter capital of the limited liability partnership and the change of the beneficial owner based on the electronic notification.
