Liquidation of legal entities will be carried out automatically

Briefly

The Joint Order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry “On implementation of the pilot project on liquidation of a legal entity on automated regime” (the "Order") will be entered into force on 1 July 2024.

In details

According to the Order, the pilot project will be implemented as follows:

1. Publication of information on the liquidation of a legal entity;
2. Submission through egov portal of the respective application in the standard form with the enclosed interim liquidation balance sheet. 
3. Payment for the state registration of the liquidation of the legal entity.
4. The interim liquidation balance sheet is sent to the integrated system of the tax authorities for a tax audit. 
5. After the results of the tax audit, an order is issued to register / refuse the termination of the legal entity’s activities.

The Order will apply for commercial organizations.
