Strict limitations on granting of loans to individuals from 1 July 2020

In detail:
From 1 July 2020, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (IE) shall be prohibited from providing loans to individuals unless they are a bank or a microfinance organisation(MFO).
There are certain exceptions. In addition to bank loans and loans from by MFOs, limitations do not apply to, among others, loans to shareholders.
