According to the Degree, the functions of the operator of the extended obligations of producers (importers) were transferred from ROP Operator LLP to Zhasyl Damu JSC. ROP Operator LLP’s activities in terms of administration of the recycling fee and disposal of the relevant funds have been terminated.
The current rates of the recycling fee would be valid until the rates are reviewed by the competent authorities, development and discussion of which are planned in the near future.
