Pursuant to the Order #17 of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection dated 18 January 2022, the 2022 Quota for issuing of work permits to foreign personnel has been approved.
The 28,352 work permit units (0.31%of the total Kazakhstan’s workforce headcount) were released for foreign and seasonal employees for 2022. For comparison, last year the quota was 28,305 units.

III. Category - 13 887 units
IV. Category - 3 421 units
Seasonal employees - 3 302 units
