In this issue, we would like to outline a significant changein the procedure for obtaining permits to engage foreign employee.

According to a telephone message from Labor Authorities dated December 22, 2021, companies that engage foreign employees to Kazakhstan, should complete the processes in the electronic licensing system (Elicense.kz) by the end of December 23, 2021.

This requirement is caused by launching of the new system called "Foreign Workforce" and the planned conversion of data from the old system to the new one.

Important! This means that all applications for the issuance / renewal / correction / replacement of work permits, as well as payments, must be submitted no later than December 23, 2021. Payments and applications received on December 24, 2021 or later, will not be transferred into the new system.
