PwC Kenya has a new service offering - Entity Governance and Compliance (EGC)
Our EGC team, which is part of PwC Kenya’s Legal & Regulatory Compliance Advisory business, specialises in delivering board governance and compliance services. Compliance Services
- Monitor your compliance with the Companies Act, 2015, your Articles of Association and Shareholders Agreement (if any)
- Assist you with your statutory filings, alteration of Articles and maintaining and updating your Statutory Registers

- Disclosure and filing of Beneficial Ownership Information on the Business Registration Services(BRS) portal
