Q3. Who is eligible?
We accept people from all degree backgrounds.
To be eligible for our Graduate Program you’ll need to:
- Be a Kenyan Citizen
- Be in your final year of study or have completed your undergraduate in the 2020
- Have been awarded a minimum of a second class upper or its equivalent in your undergraduate
- Have been awarded a minimum of a B+ or its equivalent in your KCSE
Q4. I applied last year and wasn’t selected. Can I re-apply?
Yes! We welcome you to reapply. We understand that some of you were not selected due to not having sufficient documentation however this year we are allowing you to re-apply.
Q5. Can I apply to more than one Line of service?
We only accept one application per person. We recommend that you apply to the Line of Service that most closely aligns with your skills, passions and interests. To understand more about our service offerings, please click here.
Q6. What do you look for in a candidate?
As a Graduate you’ll be assessed against the competencies of our global framework, the PwC Professional. This is how we define and encourage leadership at all levels - from an Associate to Partner. Learn more about the framework and skills we look for.
Q7. What is the structure of the selection process?
Our selection process consists of several stages through which we come to understand your experience and motivation as well as what makes you unique. PwC adopts a variety of assessments which includes ability tests, competency assessments and interviews.
Q8. Can I email my CV/resume directly to the Human Capital Team?
No. The recruitment is done online through our careers page. Complete the application form and attach all relevant documentation that has been requested for.
Q9. Does PwC hire students with specializations other than Accounting?
Absolutely! We hire students who have completed their degree in any discipline – we recognize that in today’s fast changing and dynamic world, we need a diverse workforce with varying skill sets and backgrounds to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Q10. When will I be notified if I am shortlisted for the Graduate Recruitment Programme?
Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email. Please keep looking out at your emails and the PwC KE social media platforms to be updated on progress.
Q11. Will we need to be physically present for the assessments and Interviews?
The assessments will be done remotely however they will be supervised. The Interviews may either be conducted physically or virtually. Details will be indicated in your Interview invited. If you are not able to be physically present, please reach out to the Human Capital representative.
