Become a PwC Trainee

Training: Participate in two weeks of focused classroom training on a host of topics, such as understanding auditing and accounting principles and how to use PwC-specific software and online tools, as well as an introduction to business ethics.

Client engagements: Experience challenging and relevant assignments while being rotated through different teams, getting exposure to various industry sectors. PwC Jamaica advise more companies listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange than any other professional services firm in Jamaica. We also provide services to SEC registrants, international conglomerates and statutory bodies. Our unrivalled client base includes firms engaged in banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail and distribution, tourism, mining and agriculture. In short, all the significant sectors of the Jamaican economy.

Coaching and development: Connect with a coach who will provide guidance throughout the programme and gain exposure to working alongside people at more senior levels – at PwC, our partners and senior managers take a major interest in the development of their junior colleagues.

Community involvement: Impact the community in a positive way with our corporate responsibility initiatives.

Staff events: Engage in activities that allow you to network with colleagues.
