Welcome to our new vidcast series with title "Open Talks: Exploring Diversity, Equity and Inclusion"
This is an initiative in collaboration with LiFo and Tsomokos Communications as part of the Upfront Initiative, designed to encourage dialogue around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.
Our host, Katerina Papanikolaou, Head Skills and Diversity & Inclusion services at PwC Greece, chats with some notable guests, who bring their unique perspectives and personal experiences to the table. "Open Talks" aim to inspire meaningful conversations around DEI, but also to provide valuable insights for creating a more inclusive workplace and society.
Breaking barriers for people with disabilities, promoting gender equality, creating access and equal opportunities, celebrating diversity, and navigating social and economic exclusion are just some of the topics we touch upon.
