By submitting this application, you agree that PricewaterhouseCoopers Business Solutions AE (PwC) will process (keep, in physical or electronic form), one or more personal data files within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation and Greek Law 4624/2019, as it applies each time, in which personal data declared to PwC with this application will be registered, and your information will be shared with WFW and NYSE for the purpose of this event only.
Your consent of the applicant includes not only the keeping of the file, but also the further processing of the data that PwC keeps or will keep for up to 2 years in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation and Greek Law 4624/2019. The above files will be kept by PwC for the purposes of communicating the offered training programs and other events.
For the better organization of the event and to facilitate your own presence, after your registration you will receive additional relevant information material such as a meeting request in the stated email of the participant with the place, space and time of the event, sending a relevant informational email with the agenda of the event and any additional information regarding its conduct, participation in a satisfaction survey after the end of the event and sending the highlights and/or data presented during it. Please note, that if you accept this invitation you also consent to WFW and NYSE using your details for the purposes of security, name badge production, related event mailings and guest list. Following the event, WFW and NYSE will only contact you with marketing and event invitations if you decide to opt in.
In addition by registering to this event you agree that all co-hosts may use the recorded material and photographs that will result from the coverage of the event, for promotional purposes and communication purposes, to internal and external audiences, by themselves and/or the Agencies and Media collaborating with them. Specifically, the material may be used for television coverage of the event, on Social Media managed by the three companies and the Agencies and Media collaborating with them, in printed and electronic entries, promotional videos and photos. PwC undertakes all necessary technical or organizational measures for data security and protection against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, prohibited dissemination or access and any other unlawful processing. The data may be transmitted to the competent police, investigative, judicial and/or administrative authorities, in cases where the provision of said data is required by law.
