By submitting this application, you agree that PricewaterhouseCoopers Business Solutions AE (PwC) will process (keep, in physical or electronic form), one or more personal data files within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation and Greek Law 4624/2019, as it applies each time, in which personal data declared to PwC with this application will be registered.
Data Processed - Purpose of processing
In the process of registering for this event, you are required to provide us with your contact details to which PwC and undertakes to process only for the purpose of this event. Your contact details data will be shared only with venue organizers for the better organization of the event and to facilitate your own presence. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third parties.
Use of Data
For the better organization of the event and to facilitate your own presence, after your registration you will receive additional relevant information material. Indicative and non-limiting materials such as a meeting request in the stated email of the participant with the place, space and time of the event, sending a relevant informational email with the agenda of the event and any additional information regarding its conduct, participation in a satisfaction survey after the end of the event and sending the highlights and/or data presented during it.
Data Retention
Your consent of the applicant includes not only the keeping of the file, but also the further processing of the data that PwC keeps or will keep for up to 2 years in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation and Greek Law 4624/2019. The above files will be kept by PwC for the purposes of communicating the offered training programs and other events..
Technical and Organization Controls
PwC undertakes to take all necessary technical or organizational measures for data security and protection against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, prohibited dissemination or access and any other unlawful processing. The data may be transmitted to the competent police, investigative, judicial and/or administrative authorities, in cases where the provision of said data is required by law.
