Communities today are facing increasing levels of disruption. The challenges are real—and growing.
But so is the opportunity.
Our people are sharing their skills, knowledge, and experience to create lasting impact across local communities.
Whether it’s helping communities build new skills, prevent, and adapt to the impacts of a changing climate, or create more equitable opportunities for people so they can thrive—we are helping communities to become more resilient now and for the future. We are doing this through community projects as well as working in collaboration with others.
Across our global network, our firms and foundations also come together to support people and communities affected by natural disasters and humanitarian emergencies.
We are committed to our communities. In FY25, we assisted 29 beneficiaries, including 5 NGO/NFPs and pro bono engagements in aid of charitable causes.
In August 2024, PwC Trinidad and Tobago successfully hosted its annual Bridge of Hope Back‑to‑School Supplies Drive, continuing our commitment to supporting children’s access to quality education. This marked our sixth consecutive year supporting Bridge of Hope Children’s Home through this initiative.
Colleagues across the firm came together to contribute essential back‑to‑school items, helping to ensure that the children were equipped with the tools they need to succeed in the classroom. The initiative once again received strong participation and demonstrated the collective spirit and generosity of our people.
All donated items were collected and coordinated through the Port of Spain office, ensuring timely delivery ahead of the new school term. The continued success of the Back‑to‑School Supplies Drive reflects PwC Trinidad and Tobago’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and making a meaningful impact where it matters most.
During the 2024 Christmas season, PwC Trinidad and Tobago once again supported Bridge of Hope Children’s Home through its annual Christmas Angels initiative, bringing joy and holiday cheer to the children in their care.
Through this initiative, colleagues across the firm volunteered to sponsor and purchase Christmas gifts for the children, helping to ensure that each child received a thoughtfully selected and personally wrapped gift. The collective effort of our PwC community transformed what could have been an ordinary day into a meaningful and memorable Christmas experience for the children at Bridge of Hope.
The Christmas Angels initiative continues to be a cherished tradition at PwC Trinidad and Tobago, reflecting our ongoing commitment to community support, compassion, and making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children
