PwC Philippines has successfully concluded Pursuit 2.0: Cohort 2 with the final sessions under Exceed Expectations, held on 22 July 2025. This marks a bold step in our journey to build deeper client relationships and deliver value beyond expectations.

Comprising partners, client-facing directors and senior managers, this cohort deepened their skills in creating memorable and differentiated client experiences. The sessions were led by Tax Partner Atty. Brando Cabalsi, Deals and Corporate Finance Partner and ESG Leader Catherine Lipana-Gomez, and Markets and Assurance Executive Director Allan Cao. Deals and Corporate Finance Managing Partner Mary Jade Roxas-Divinagracia closed the program by tying these lessons to PwC’s upcoming client experience platform designed to boost client satisfaction, loyalty and long-term growth.

This milestone follows the successful rollout of Propose in May and Close in June, the third and fourth phases of the Pursuit journey. The Propose phase equipped participants with strategies to craft client-centered proposals that highlight our unique strengths. It was led by Deals and Corporate Finance Partner Trissy Rogacion, Assurance Director Patricia Faner, and Deals Director Dennis Omnes. In Close, participants learned how to secure contracts through strategic negotiation and effective client feedback. The sessions were facilitated by Assurance Partners Pocholo Domondon and May Centeno-Malabanan, Deals and Corporate Finance Executive Director Cheryl Dineros, and Tax Director Eileen Flor.

The program was spearheaded by Business Development Director Gabby De Vera together with Jan Abejero and Terence Ng from the L&D team and Bianca Espiritu and Paolo Penson from the Business Development team. Their work ensured each session was structured, relevant and interconnected.

With planning already underway for the next cohort in FY26, Pursuit 2.0 continues to empower our people to be more deliberate, proactive and client-focused.
