On 30 May, PwC Philippines proudly hosted the AI Hackathon Championship. Following the presentation of the top five AI concepts on 23 May, the teams behind the top two concepts worked with developers from the firm’s Digital Solutions Development (DSD) team. Together, they created interactive proofs of concept that bring their innovative ideas to life.
The panel of judges included Roderick Danao, Chairman and Senior Partner; Rosell Gomez, Risk Services Partner & Leader and Chief Data & Information Officer; Mary Jade Roxas-Divinagracia, Deals & Corporate Finance Managing Partner and Markets Leader; Roberto Bassig, Risk Services Partner, Enterprise Technology Solutions Leader and Data Privacy Officer; Floredee Odulio, Tax–Client Accounting Services Partner; Salvador Guarino Jr., Chief Information Security Officer; Rosemarie Garcia, Global Technology Solutions Director; Leilani Layug-Ramirez, Deals & Corporate Finance Director and Data & Analytics Leader; Mark Anthony Almodovar, Risk Services–Cybersecurity and Privacy Executive Director; and Angelo Basuan, Digital Transformation Director.
One team was declared the winner of the AI Hackathon. They will continue working with the DSD developers to turn their concepts into production-level AI applications.
