PwC Philippines' Markets team donated school supplies to students of Luciente–I Elementary School in Bolinao, Pangasinan during their summer outing on 24 May.
The team put together kits containing pad paper, pencils and crayons, which were received by the school's Kindergarten and Grade 1 teachers.
Leading the initiative were PwC Philippines Deals and Corporate Finance Managing Partner and Markets Leader Mary Jade Roxas-Divinagracia; Markets and Assurance Executive Director Allan Cao; Markets Director Dennis Bautista; Business Development Director Gabby De Vera; and Markets Assistant Manager Marc Bodo. In addition to the donation, the team engaged in warm and cheerful conversations with the teachers over shared snacks.
The activity was part of the firm's "Tourism with a Purpose" program, which encourages our professionals to integrate corporate sustainability into their summer outings.
