Throughout the bootcamp, attendees engaged in experiential learning exercises focused on honing their abilities in problem-solving, critical and analytical thinking, emotional regulation, impactful communication, service excellence, and relationship building, among other key areas.
The program was crafted by PwC Philippines Chairman Emeritus Alexander B. Cabrera, Tax Partner Roselle Y. Caraig, and Human Capital, Inclusion, and Diversity Leader Pam M. Gregorio. They were supported by a team of partners and directors from the firm who co-facilitated the sessions, sharing invaluable insights and experiences. Their combined expertise created an engaging and enriching experience for the young leaders who participated in the program.
