PwC Philippines Chairman Emeritus Atty. Alex Cabrera was a resource speaker at the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (PICPA) Seminar on Tax Updates. The event was held on 11 June at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
