Isla Lipana & Co./PwC Philippines joyously celebrated its 103rd anniversary on 17 June 2025. The event, themed “A Century and Three: A Legacy of Service and Integrity,” underscored our firm’s steadfast dedication to delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.
The day began with a Eucharistic Mass. The program—which was livestreamed to our offices in Pasig, Iloilo, Cebu and Brunei—began with an inspiring message from our Chairman Emeritus, Atty. Alex Cabrera. He urged our professionals to consistently champion selfless service, stating, “Let’s all create moments of passionate and excellent service for our clients.”
Roderick Danao, our Chairman and Senior Partner, highlighted our firm's achievements over the past year and expressed heartfelt gratitude to our professionals for their unwavering dedication. He emphasized the vital role of social impact, sharing, “Our success is not merely measured by economic results but also by the positive social impact we create. We must continue serving our clients with the utmost integrity, passion and purpose.”
The celebration continued with delicious food and drinks, lively music, and bonding opportunities for colleagues from various lines of service. Professionals from different offices enthusiastically participated in a bingo game, with winners receiving cash prizes.
Founded on 22 June 1922, Isla Lipana & Co. is the oldest operating professional services firm in the Philippines.
