The ten-day hybrid program equipped new hires with both technical and soft skills needed for success, while providing an opportunity to connect and learn from each other. Highlights included discussions on the Assurance team structure, curriculum and policies, led by the Assurance L&D team, as well as insights from Assurance L&D Director Aldous Sarmiento on audit technology and methodology. Chairman and Senior Partner Roderick Danao also warmly welcomed and inspired our new Associates, sharing empowering words to mark the beginning of their journey.
