Kicking off this year’s 100 Days of Christmas, Isla Lipana & Co. Chairman Emeritus Alex Cabrera spent an unforgettable afternoon with the children of Tiny Blessings Foundation, Inc. (TBFI), a community social welfare agency based in Barangay San Antonio, Makati City, on 2 October 2025.
Alex and volunteers led a simple program featuring fun parlor games that brought out their joyful spirits. The children also enjoyed a delicious lunch of spaghetti and chicken.
Alex shared a touching story to inspire the children and taught them a special prayer. Later, he and the volunteers handed out school supplies and hygiene kits. To express their gratitude, the children performed a vibrant dance number, which they had specifically practiced the previous week.
This event marks the beginning of this year’s 100 Days of Christmas, through which Isla Lipana & Co. provides healthy and tasty meals to local communities. In 2024, the team visited 16 communities and areas. More than 300 volunteers from the firm participated, sharing food and gifts with over 3,000 individuals. This year, we hope to share and give more.
