Building on the success of the previous editions of the program, this latest cohort targeted managers and senior managers. The sessions aimed to further strengthen our collaborative efforts in deepening client relationships and delivering exceptional value.
The first session titled Target, which was held on 5 September 2025, focused on strategically identifying, qualifying, and pursuing business opportunities that align with our strengths, priorities, and goals. Participants learned how to effectively frame key issues and assess prospects with the greatest potential impact and value. The session was led by Deals and Corporate Finance Partner Anna Ordonez, Risk Assurance Executive Director Mark Almodovar, and Tax Director Atty. Samantha Oreta.
The second session, called Interact, took place on 19 September 2025. This phase explored how to create impactful and forward-moving client interactions by building trust, practicing active listening, communicating value propositions clearly, and delivering meaningful human experiences. This session was facilitated by Assurance Partners Justo Jesus Namuco and Jannick Reyes, alongside Broader Assurance Services Director Red Tamayor.
The program was spearheaded by Business Development Director Gabby De Vera together with Business Development Associate Bianca Espiritu and Learning & Development Associate Terence Ng. The next stage of Pursuit, Propose, will be held in early October 2025.
