We are proud to have been part of the successful Proudly Brunei Business Awards (PBBA) 2024, which honoured and celebrated business excellence in Brunei.
It is a privilege for PricewaterhouseCoopers Services, an affiliate member firm of PwC Philippines located in Bandar Seri Begawan in Brunei, to be the auditor and knowledge partner for this prestigious event that took place on 14 February 2024 at Tarindak D'Seni in the said city.
Ms. Chai Xiang Yuin, Managing Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Services, delivered a presentation on the assessment process of PBBA 2024, providing valuable insights to all the guests. Legislative Council members, government officials, key stakeholders and members of the business community were also in attendance.
The awards were presented by Mr. Daniel Leong, Acting CEO of Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB) and Darussalam Enterprise (DARe), and the Guest of Honour, Yang Mulia Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Khairuddin Bin Haji Abdul Hamid (Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy (Economy), and Deputy Chairman of BEDB and DARe), recognising outstanding achievements in categories such as Business Growth, Innovation, Start Up, Youth Entrepreneur, Women Entrepreneur, Food, and Services.
Congratulations to all the deserving winners across the ten distinct categories of the inaugural edition of PBBA, a newly introduced initiative by the BEDB through DARe.
