Raoul Villegas speaks at ULI report launch

PwC Philippines Deals and Corporate Finance Managing Director Raoul Villegas was one of the panelists at the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Asia Pacific 2023 report launch held on Thursday, 19 January at SEDA Bonifacio Global City.

The report outlines the status and responses of the regional markets to global challenges, how the rise of currency affects the capital flows, and the evolution of modern, quality spaces for the workforce returning to the office. 

The panel gave an outlook on real estate investment and development trends, and other real estate issues. The report is jointly produced by Urban Land Institute (ULI) Philippines and PwC.
