We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Human Capital professional with a broad range of skills in HR and HR administration. You must have strong project management and demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication and experience in managing teams. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the PNG labour and immigration requirements and has experience in administering this process, particularly stakeholder management. Ideally you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have a minimum of five years experience in a similar role. Your strong relationship building skills, combined with your attention to detail and ability to manage your time will see you hit the ground running and excel in this fast paced role.
You’ll work as part of a team responsible for all things people management. You will support the Senior Manager, Human Capital with projects from strategy to execution.
