Overview
Companies in Cambodia are growing and expanding both organically, but also through strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions. To best achieve their growth and expansion strategies, local and foreign companies need transactions and deals advisors. We are looking for people to join our Deals team during these exciting times
Basic Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in a core accounting or audit and assurance environment
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to analyse complex business issues
- Solid technical skills including knowledge of accounting standards and hands-on experience of financial due diligence, merger and acquisition transactions
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment and to tight deadlines
- Fluent in Khmer and excellent command of spoken and written business English
- Qualifications relating to accounting, and audit are an advantage, for example ACCA
- Market research experience also an advantage
